Best Beaches of the East Coast

Sharing more of our beach memories highlighting the beaches we’ve visited over the years.

Finishing our Daytona Beach trip … have you ever visited?

The iconic boardwalk includes the Daytona Beach Bandshell where they hold

live performances in the beachside stadium.

‘World’s Most Famous Beach,’ Daytona Beach, Florida

When we last visited in 2009, we rode the sky lift over the Daytona Beach Main Street Pier.

They have since taken it down so our photos are now for the history books!

Daytona is a gorgeous and hardpacked beach, almost 500 feet wide at low tide

and one of the few you can still drive on!

‘The Sky is The Limit,’ by Chic in Myrtle Beach

Standing on the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk, the SkyWheel is a shining beacon that towers almost 200 feet in the air. Standing below the imposing landmark, it’s surprising just how quiet it actually is.

Smooth and sleek, you must fix your eye on a certain spot of the wheel for a moment or two to determine if it’s actually moving.

Without a doubt, the sunlight is always moving! It is reflected on the brilliant white metal frame and makes the dazzling blue glass on each of its 42 hanging gondolas sparkle and gleam.

The light continues as it bursts through the palm trees and dances all around, there are no limits to the beauty and I am completely mesmerized.

Stand Tall and Be Fabulous: A Litte Flamingo Love

This weekend, I was working on a vignette

to showcase my new flamingo wall art …

🦩 🦩 🦩

and this little lady kept getting in the shot.

🦩 🦩 🦩

She has made her little way into many a photograph.

🦩 🦩 🦩

She is only 3 inches tall but to me, she is mighty sweet.

Just a little reminder to stand tall no matter your size my friends and be Fabulous!

Thank you for following along with me today and as always,

See you on the beach! β›±πŸŒ΄πŸŒŠπŸ’™
